The EPG (electronic programme guide) shows what is on now and later. ORM Player shows it in three places: in the channel preview, in the player bar, and in the Guide with a timeline.
Where the guide comes from
- Xtream Codes: the guide comes from your provider’s server, per channel and as a full XMLTV file.
- M3U: from the XMLTV link in the playlist, or the Guide URL you entered.
The full guide is read in the background and kept on your device for a few hours. On TVs, the guide loads per channel row to keep things fast.
A channel shows “No guide information”
Your provider has no guide data for that channel, or the channel’s guide ID does not match the XMLTV file. That is something only the provider can change.
Times look wrong
Programme times are shown in your device’s time zone. Check the time zone setting of your device.
