ORM Player

Terms of use

The terms of use of ORM Player, a media player for your own playlists. What we provide, what you are responsible for, and the rules that apply.

These terms apply to the website ormplayer.com and the ORM Player app (“ORM Player”), operated from the Netherlands. By using ORM Player you accept them.

1. What ORM Player is

ORM Player is a media player. It plays playlists and logins that you add from your own provider. ORM Player does not provide, sell, host or link to any content, channels or subscriptions, and has no partnership with any provider.

2. Your responsibility

3. The relay

For providers that only use HTTP, ORM Player passes requests through a technical relay. The relay does not store, select or change content; it only forwards what you request. We may limit use (for example the number of requests) to keep it working for everyone, and we may block hosts after a well-founded notice; see report content.

4. Availability

ORM Player is offered as it is, during a beta phase. We do our best to keep it available and secure, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available, error-free, or works with every provider or device.

5. Liability

As far as Dutch law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for damage caused by content, sources or providers that you use with ORM Player.

6. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the bottom shows the latest version. Material changes are announced on this website.

7. Law and disputes

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
