Many providers give you an Xtream Codes API login: a server address, a username and a password. ORM Player supports it fully, including categories, the TV guide, catch-up and film details. It is the best way to add a playlist.
Steps
- Open the player. If you already have a playlist, go to Settings and choose Add playlist.
- Choose Xtream Codes login.
- Enter the server address, for example
http://example.com:8080. Include the port number if your provider gave one. - Enter your username and password, exactly as your provider sent them (they are case sensitive).
- Optionally give the playlist a name, then choose Connect.
ORM Player checks the login, loads your categories and shows when your subscription expires and how many connections it allows.
Only have a link?
An M3U link that contains get.php?username=...&password=... is an Xtream login in disguise. Paste it in the M3U playlist field and ORM Player fills in the Xtream details for you.
If the login is not accepted
- Check for spaces before or after the username and password.
- Check the server address and port with your provider.
- “The server did not answer”: the server may be down or the address is wrong. Try again later.
- See troubleshooting for more.
