A native ORM Player app for LG TVs (webOS) is in preparation. You can already use ORM Player in the TV’s web browser.
Use it in the TV browser
- Open the Web Browser app on your LG TV.
- Go to ormplayer.com/app.
- Add your playlist. With the Magic Remote you can point and click; with arrow keys, the focus moves between buttons.
- Pin the page so you can open it straight from the home screen.
In live TV, channel up/down zaps, and the channel list opens with the left arrow.
Tips
- Older webOS versions have a slower browser. Prefer an Xtream Codes login over a very large M3U list: the player then loads one category at a time.
- The guide on TVs loads per channel row, so it stays quick even with thousands of channels.
